Stick'n Sense
Breaker-level metering · current + temperature

We don't cut the power to a central kitchen. So we found another way.

Our sensors clip straight onto every circuit breaker and measure its current AND its temperature. No shutdown, no rewiring, half a day to install. The PanelWatch platform does the rest.

From a blind panel
to every circuit in view.

An electrical panel often has dozens of circuits… and just one meter. Here is how we make every breaker readable, without stopping the site.

01 The solution

Sensors + platform.
All in one.

PanelWatch combines clip-on sensors, a controller inside the panel and a platform that turns measurements into decisions.

01 · MEASURE

One sensor per breaker

It clips onto the existing breaker and measures the circuit's current and temperature. No shutdown, no rewiring, no extra space needed in the panel.

02 · UNDERSTAND

Every end-use, finally visible

Refrigeration, cooking, ventilation, air conditioning: PanelWatch groups every circuit by end-use and shows where the energy goes, hour by hour, day by day.

03 · ACT

Alerts and reports

Equipment left on out of hours, overconsumption, a breaker running hot: you get an e-mail alert. Automatic weekly reports, in HTML and PDF.

02 Who it's for

From your whole portfolio
down to one breaker.

We work with energy-efficiency consultancies and integrators, who deploy PanelWatch at their clients' sites. Three levels of detail, for three roles.

Metering that doesn't slow your projects down.

  • Fast installation, even by on-site staff: tablet installation tool, digital twin of the panel.
  • Data by end-use for your audits, action plans and regulatory reporting (such as the French Tertiary Decree).
  • Partner portal: your clients, their sites and their panels in one place, with a map of the sites.
  • API: measurements feed straight into your own tools.

Finally know where the energy goes.

  • Consumption by end-use: in one central kitchen, refrigeration accounted for 61% of the total.
  • Targeted savings: 10 to 37% on the optimised end-uses.
  • Fast payback: under 8 months in quick-service restaurants.
  • Operating schedules enforced: an alert as soon as equipment stays on out of hours.
  • Clear weekly reports, sent automatically.

Spot the hot spot before it fails.

  • Temperature of every breaker, continuously, not once a year.
  • Early detection of a loose connection or an overloaded circuit.
  • Better-targeted interventions, alongside the annual thermal imaging survey.
  • Curves per piece of equipment to diagnose an oven, a chiller or an AHU.

05 Our story

Measuring energy, circuit by circuit.

Stick'n Sense grew out of a simple observation: to save energy, you first have to measure it, circuit by circuit. And to measure it everywhere, you need sensors that install without stopping the site.

We design and manufacture our sensors in France, and develop the PanelWatch platform in-house.

06 FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you need to cut the power to install PanelWatch?

No. The sensors clip onto the existing breakers without touching the wiring. The site keeps running throughout the installation, which takes about half a day for a central kitchen.

What payback can a site operator expect?

In quick-service restaurants, the equipped Burger King outlets paid back the installation in under 8 months: about 30 MWh saved over the first 8 months, or €9–10k (excl. VAT) of savings per restaurant per year. For a central kitchen, the hardware costs around €7,000 (excl. VAT), for savings of 10 to 37% on the optimised end-uses.

Why measure breaker temperature as well?

A breaker or connection running hot is often the first sign of a loose terminal or an overloaded circuit. Monitoring temperature continuously lets you act before a failure, instead of finding out once a year during the thermal imaging survey.

How is this different from conventional submetering?

Conventional submetering requires a power cut, rewiring and space in the panel, so it is limited to a few feeders. PanelWatch monitors every breaker, current and temperature, with no shutdown and no extra space.

How many breakers can one controller monitor?

Up to 280 breakers per controller, far more than a typical panel contains.

Who installs the sensors?

Our partners, or the site's own staff: the tablet installation tool guides the work and shows connected sensors in real time. In Saint-Lô, all 84 sensors were installed by the kitchen team.

How do you access the data?

In the PanelWatch platform, through automatic reports sent by e-mail (HTML and PDF), or straight into your own information system through our API.

Where is the data hosted?

In Europe, on servers run by our own team. Measurements never go through US clouds, so they are not subject to the US CLOUD Act. Access to the PanelWatch portal is restricted to authorised users, and data is exchanged over secure connections.
